These Terms and Conditions apply when you visit the YumBella website or place an order with us. By using the website or buying from YumBella, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. About YumBella

YumBella is an online children’s tableware brand. You can contact us at yumbella@outlook.com.

2. Products and product information

We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours can vary slightly between screens and production batches. Measurements, capacities and other details are approximate unless stated otherwise.

Children develop at different rates. Check the individual product information and packaging, follow all care instructions, inspect products regularly and use adult supervision. Stop using any item that is damaged or no longer works as intended.

3. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been accepted or dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, information is incorrect or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, we will refund it.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website. Any applicable taxes, delivery charges and the available payment methods are shown before you complete checkout. You must provide current, complete and accurate billing and payment information.

5. Delivery

Available delivery methods, estimated timeframes and charges are shown at checkout. Estimates are not guaranteed where delays are outside our reasonable control. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for checking tracking updates.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your cancellation and return rights depend on where you live and the circumstances of the purchase. We will honour all rights required by applicable consumer law. To request help with a cancellation, return, damaged item or incorrect order, contact yumbella@outlook.com with your order number and relevant photographs where appropriate.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

7. Promotions

Promotions may be subject to separate eligibility, timing, minimum-spend or product restrictions stated with the offer. Unless we say otherwise, offers cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with another promotion. We may withdraw or correct a promotion where there is an obvious error or misuse, without affecting orders already accepted.

8. Website use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, interfere with its operation, scrape it excessively or use it for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

9. Intellectual property

The YumBella name, branding, website design, photographs, graphics and original written content belong to YumBella or are used with permission. You may use the website for personal shopping only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or commercially exploit this content without written permission.

10. Third-party services and links

Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, delivery and technology services. Third-party websites and services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for content or services outside our reasonable control.

11. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to our products, services, legal obligations or business practices. The version published when your order is accepted will apply to that order.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, any mandatory protections and rights available under the laws of your home country remain unaffected.
